I currently feel they are quite strong and adds extra ways of knocking out high hp Pokmon but they can be removed for more consistency.
When all of these elements are considered strong individually, they can make any card overpowered when brought together

Its a wonderful card to pull if youre in a tough spot, and the artwork is striking
