Similar to Phoenix, if you use it as a relay to link 3-4, it will be enough performance if you look at it as a shooting effect

Its still a good card though, and it plays well with evasion-granting equipment like Dragoon's Lance
It has protection from card effect destruction and can negate any effect by discarding a card that gives it Attack
If a monster is placed on the field in a portrait position, that means you have to consider that monster's ATK score
