I dont think its power level will be high enough to be a good sideboard card to reliably take down Four-Color Saheeli, but its still a fine card to have in the matchup with stronger pieces built around it

If you choose two targets for Throw a Line, and one of the creatures is an illegal target as Throw a Line tries to resolve, the original distribution of counters still applies and the counter that would have been put on the illegal target are lost
It will be good as a finisher in a deck that wants a big flying finisher

If you're not using a printed token or another Magic card to represent the token, you can't fold it in half
