Let's say that when Greed is bought out, not only are all of the copies on TCGplayer purchased, but so are all of the copies on ChannelFireball and Card Kingdom as well (which isn't all that uncommon, especially for old, low-supply cards that don't have much supply on the market to begin with)

I don't think I'm being uncharitable when I say that
While a lot of removal can be strategically good, as it makes sure to clear blockers out of the way, its also an unfriendly playstyle, as it doesnt allow your opponents a chance to play with their own creatures
This strategy sets up opportunities for two decisive attacks using both the Leader and a Rush attacker, potentially securing the win
