Ultimately, this means that Storms Wrath isnt for every deck or situation, but there are many that stand to benefit from it, and Im excited to give it a spin in my Mayael the Anima deck
Remember, to make this it must have a White color identity, not multi like Dismantling Blow and then cannot be a cantrip like Shelter or Wall of Omens that replaces itself when doing something else but an actual proper card draw spell
Rakdos colors are hardly lacking in ways to inflict self-burn, and will happily pay the risky price to play spells for so much cheaper
