Fortunately, Bellroy has enough of a reputation and the wallet was expensive enough that Im likely to believe it wont be a concern
The weakness of this build is that it doesn't help much with the decreased consistency, and is just barely keeping the deck afloat by giving it the ability to clear small threats
(7/12/2019) If the target creature or planeswalker is an illegal target by the time Fry tries to resolve, the spell won't resolve and will be put into its owner's graveyard with no effect
As far as strategy goes it is very important to move Darkrai from your hand to your bench when you need the have a possibility of the defending Pokemon not attacking, also I would definitely play Dark Slumber right away to make the defending Pokemon asleep and then use Dark Resolve especially if the defending Pokemon is asleep and it should be because of Dark Slumber
Whenever this creature mutates, you may return target creature an opponent controls to its owner's hand
That's a great entrance, with two 5/5 Flyers
