A good versus evil theme is ever present as the Doctor faces famous foes from across the science-fiction spectrum such as Daleks, Cybermen and The Doctors arch enemy The Master, all from the British police box time machine known as the Tardis

These certainly have their uses, but I found the "overwhelm an opponent with hyena cards" strategy to be pretty useful (and fun)
