The card costs three ink to play (it can also be added to your inkwell), has three strength and three willpower, and will gain you two lore when it quests

Its ability to circumvent commander tax at instant speed makes it incredibly difficult to hit with lasting removal over the course of a game, and the fact that it can pop in at instant speed to untap your best permanent or tap its biggest threat has screwed up more than a few carefully orchestrated plans

It provides a little ramp in the form of Treasure tokens, and allows you to sacrifice those Treasures to exile the top card from your library and play it that turn
