When I first saw the preview for Urtet, Remnant of Memnarch, a cool Phyrexia: All Will Be One Commander card thats separate from the Commander precon decks and can be found in booster packs, I thought it was awesome that Myr tribal finally had a five-color commander to pull together all the various Myrs into one deck, particularly the mana Myrs that tap for a specific color mana
Plus, each display box includes a special Going First/Going Second promo card, making this a collectors dream and a duelists essential

If you are not allowed to activate Spells, because of an effect like Number 16: Shock Master, then you cannot activate Pendulum Monsters, because they are treated as being activated as a Spell
