Urdnan, Dromoka Warrior I dont have a ton of faith in a mono-white +1/+1 counter commander in a world of green powerhouses like Bristly Bill, Spine Sower, but I kind of dig how fast it is to get Urdnan, Dromoka Warrior down with a counter on it to get started
Ancient Copper Dragon and Ancient Silver Dragon are the runaway winners, but the black dragon slots nicely into self mill or haste-based decks, and the white one is still more than playable in tokens based build though Id want to be in GW to help power it out
However, newly introduced with Foundations is the Starter Collection and Beginner Box, both clearly aimed at newer players to help them get started
