Cost reduction has the benefit that it can be played as soon as turn one (if using Kinjalli's Caller) and scales very well when casting multiple Dinosaurs in a turn

If Phyrexian tribal gets support in the future, this will probably have some value there

I really want to reiterate that the artwork is phenomenal in person

Its certainly not unplayable and can fit well in some control decks, but the colors likely have better options and dont need to resort to this
