Because of the larger card pool, the decks in Modern go more "in" on their strategy, and so, hate cards become quite important
But before I start explaining what I think, I would like to clarify that all the critiques are not directed to the designers, or the design itself, but to the bigger concept

Overall, I think his uninkability (why are so many of the Emerald cards uninkable?) and the somewhat clunky nature of his board wipe will make him an awkward card to play most of the time
If one of my opponent's Digimon attacks a player and another effect unsuspends this card before its [Opponent's Turn] effect activates, can I then activate this card's [Opponent's Turn] effect
