For those who've never played Street Fighter, Guile is a charge character that requires you to hold the stick in one direction (charge it) and flick it for a lot of his attacks: by using charge counters you build up and then throw at your opponent, it's a perfect call-back to his Street Fighter roots
From there, you can snag any of the creatures and vehicles you find and put them into your hand
Remember, and this isn't specific to this card because I haven't read the spoiler yet, but every so often someone will take some cards that look like garbage and turn them into a meta-defining threat so never count something out because you don't see the advantage
Building a deck focused on commander damage is a perfectly reasonable strategy
Wand of the Worldsoul I forgive the Wand of the Worldsoul for having artifact summoning sickness because it offers any spell convoke which is really cool and much like ramp, helps you cast more spells, sooner
For two mana, The Elderspell lets you destroy any number of Planeswalkers, and then put two loyalty counters on one of your own for each one destroyed
