Eerie also plays well with cards that aren't enchantments but can make them, such as Glimmerlight, and they also give you a little extra value out of enchantments that are already giving you cards, like Disturbing Mirth
Its +1 ability will let you get even more loyalty so long as you have creatures that can attack
But while the Scepter combo requires far less mana to pull off, it's much harder to assemble because most of Izzet's tutors aren't budget-friendly
