We chose this deck specifically because of the fact that it was most synergistic with "Planar Portal", because three-color decks are rather hard to gauge properly, and because the red-green Draconic Rage deck is the first and only red-green Commander precon to be released so far (and even then you'll have to wait another two weeks for that release!)
At the time, she worked at Wizards (where we met), and we would go to lunch every day and play Mood Swings
Triumph of the Hordes Down with the sickness Infect is uniquely powerful in Commander because it allows you to kill an opponent with ten damage instead of forty, which is a big speed-up

And you could both wind up rolling what the other wants, giving them the advantage or taking away your own
