It comes down earlier than previous Dino staple Gishath or the combo-tastic Zacama which lets be honest, is less of a Dino deck and more of a combo deck

Much better in Tempered Steel lists or ones with higher equipment counts but generally still very playable filler even when you have no specific use for it

I wouldnt suggest in putting more than 2 copies of this card in one deck, but I find it much more powerful in the mid to late game when Mana Leak starts to lose its power
