The Banishing Light effect may be balanced for Limited and some Constructed formats, but in many formats, its simply not good enough either because the ways to get around it are too easy or numerous, or because taking a turn off to play an enchantment without playing a creature is too big a tempo loss
With all the ramping you'll do with a Maja deck, you'll always have many to cast more Warrior creatures as well as stat-boosting permanents to make them large threats
