He gives static double strike, not just on attacks, and he gives you a cheeky free equip at the beginning of each combat (provided its moving something already attached elsewhere)
Overall, this is the most interesting of the two decks recently released and it can be easily improved by boosting the Sapphire portion of the deck adding some items from Chapter 2 and Chapter 1 and other cards that reduce the cost of playing/benefit from having items in play (Belle Inventive Engineer or Ariel Whoseit collector for example)

Interaction Other forms of interaction are tough to come by, but Ive got some in the form of utility lands
