An army of Cheatyfaces attack and win
For twenty bucks, you get three decks (Pikachu, Charizard, and Mewtwo) one game board, one coin, damage tokens, two how-to-play deck books, and an advanced rule book
These two cards were clearly meant to be played in the same deck at top level with the idea being to get lots of energy into play quickly using Naganadel's ability "Once during your turn (before your attack), you may attach a basic Energy card from your discard pile to this Pokmon." alongside the Beast Ring, then use Blacephalon to OHKO everything
It's a question you might dread at your Commander night: "My deck has some silver-bordered cards in it, is that cool?" The silver-bordered (and now, acorn-badged) cards printed in 'unsets' run the gamut from silly but playable cards that work within the rules of Magic the Gathering , to absurd jokes that let your opponent fire nerf darts into your library
You can also make use of the Super Rare card Tamatoa, So Shiny
As a reminder, you still need to wait a turn to put a BREAK into play if you want to evolve with it
