The ability to recast everything that dies is incredibly powerful in a color combination that specialises in self-sacrifice, so you can expect Liesa to appear in a lot of decks
If the triggered ability can't determine the information it needs, or if it can't find the objects it expects to find in certain zones, those parts of the effect just do nothing
Kefka, Court Mage / Kefka, Ruler of Ruin Kefka, Court Mage makes everybody discard, and you get to draw based on the types of cards discarded
The catch is that while doing it just once is nice, its better when you can do it multiple times, which is achievable if you pair up synergies with other cards like Mnemonic Wall and Ghostly Flicker, for example
