In our opinion, the Sapphire/Steel starter deck is the better of the two for a few reasons

Its the number of ink that needs to be used (effects/abilities aside) to summon the glimmer into play

When exerted in this way, the card provides 1 ink which can be used to cast cards from your hand

Fun note: Oversized sleeves wont fit the oversized cards from the Gift Set
