Rather than waiting until the next Quarterly Update (Sept 30), Id like to lay out a bit more information about this project, where it came from, and what it is and isnt
It doesn't matter how "janky" you want your Inalla, Archmage Ritualist or Azami, Lady of Scrolls deck to be, once they get going it's just a snowball of value churning out whatever Wizards you feel like playing, locking out the table so nobody can have fun, and then winning however you feel like
Lets compare their value: While Fervor is cheaper and on a noncreature permanent (thus making it harder to remove), Anger provides a 2/2 body that wants to be removed
A three mana 'walker is as cheap as you'll typically get, and many of the best planeswalkers of all time, like Liliana of the Veil, are three mana
generally, small mechanics are used for a single set and then not used again
Once the card is out on the table, though, it can be an absolute beast
