Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary Market Price: $42.85, Foil: $330.46 This card would surely be among the best Elf cards for Commander, but, not unexpectedly, it's banned in the format due to being able to essentially double up the amount of Forests you have on the battlefield which is a rather strong ability
