It cant come in against every combo deck, sure, but having more interaction against Storm, TitanShift, or Ironworks can only be a good thing
They are one of the few decks that want to run Normal Monsters, as the entire deck is focused around them

Summon Limit slows the game down tremendously, giving only 2 summons per turn per player
Because a player can usually only attack on the second turn of the game and any other turn in the match, a player who goes first might not use this card, but Meloetta ex might change this going forward
