While it's hardly an efficient blocker, In a deck that can throw these counters around, the Ballista can be a killing machine

While the card sees play as a two or three-off in control decks, thats about the extent to which it sees play

Its a lot easier to generate counters on some permanents than others, and so being able to redistribute them in partial amounts (without relying on dumping them all on the Ozolith when stuff dies) unlocks some nice gameplay synergies
