With just one target he is very hit and miss and even at two he will still miss finding something often enough to be annoying

you have to find ways to get extra cards to have any sort of advantage over your opponents

Another sneakier tactic would be to have ways to return the rat ninja to your hand to utilize its ninjutsu ability later in the game

This deck has some interesting decision points and isn't a linear strategy, but it's also not the most complicated out there - and that's important for a beginner deck
