This card is among the most valuable in Silver Tempest, so it's not limited in its appeal, especially considering several other Unown letters make background appearances behind V

You can either go heavy zombies and have the drain sac plan as a backup or your can just play Belcher in a zombie light Blood Artist deck and have it be a good all round card that adds a little punch and utility to the mix

it has some very good cards at common/uncommon (Choco-Comet, Thunder Magic, Suplex, Call the Mountain Chocobo, Samurai's Katana), but more bad filler than any other color
