While Elesh Norn doesnt technically have an enters the battlefield trigger, make no mistake about it, the card does a lot immediately, even if you dont have mana to follow it up with another spell
From a mechanical perspective, its still got that element of RNG to make it fun, but its more consistent and easier to build
