I think that this card is a serious contender even for some cEDH decks

Lost in the Woods does a very similar thing

The high initial toughness on a two drop that grows with the game and nullifies some amount of counter-aggro thanks to decent amounts of lifegain was quite the combination

The cards themselves are fine and nowhere to be found online except as Through the Omenpaths versions, so add to your appreciation of cards like Spider-Man, Brooklyn Visionary, Shadow of the Goblin, and The Soul Stone
