The deck is still interested in killing through combat damage, so I wouldn't really call it a pillow fort deck

Raffine is strong enough to be top commander in cEDH tables, that should tell you about its power level

Managing something like this at a competitive level would be horrific but, given that cards that have to be banned keep getting printed, maybe its best to just accept that things dont always need to be competitive to be entertaining
