This is a bit of an edge case since they aren't proper cards and are not typically available in constructed play, but I think it's fun when things get weird so I OKed them (with the exception of Power Play, because it undermined the structure of the tournament)
If a card doesn't specifically use the word win, there's no winning outcome, so a cards like Two-Headed Giant won't ever trigger a payoff like Zndrsplt, Eye of Wisdom
