They get uncastable giant creatures out of our hand and into the graveyard, they refill our hand with fresh gas to play, and of course, they trigger Sefris (so long as we discard at least one creature)

The deck features a handful of creatures with powerful abilities such as Tovolar (card draw and pump your creatures), Kessig Naturalist (Anthem effect for Werewolves), Outland Liberator (artifact/enchantment destruction), hound tamer (+1/+1 counters), Reckless Stormseeker (haste, trample), as well as a number of large werewolf creatures
Before we consider anything else, don't forget she can reverse Loot for +2 loyalty, which quickly gets you to her ultimate ability
