This works great in the right type of deck or with experienced players

There are certainly some themes present in this expansion, but because of the sixteen games in the series, it feels like the cards are all designed to do various weird and unique things, at the cost of them being rather weak in power level

And thats just one approach to this card

Its a Commander staple and honestly isnt terrible in any Commander deck since its great for preventing commanders from being targeted and disrupts a lot of removal

Blue has a bevy of creatures that must be blocked early, so I bet that having ways to turn trades into card advantage plays in this format
