The goal with Wort, the Raidmother is usually to ramp into it with cards like Cultivate (which can also be doubled if you draw them late), then untap with it and start slinging some crazy spell sequences with conspire

You could get some mileage out of this in artifact decks, but most often the use case will probably be reducing the cost of Goblins if you can stomach going off-tribe
The plot cost makes it far easier to utilize this effect without Railway Brawler being removed first
