Firstly, white cares enough about enchantments that reducing the costs on permanents instead of just creatures can pay dividends
Snarling Gorehound Staple the basics of that ability onto an easy-to-reanimate creature in black, and youve got Snarling Gorehound, which is finding its way into tons of EDH decks and lives happily in those Insidious Roots builds in Standard
As an added boost to an already terrifying card, any time a ninja, turtle, and/or mutant deals combat damage to a player, that creature gets a +1/+1 counter
This will probably drop a fair amount in the coming weeks, but I imagine EDH will keep the price respectable
The dual artifact lands come in tapped, but the artifact lands that tap for a single mana don't, allowing for fast mana if you play those as well
