I think it would likely do good work for suppressing incentives to play fast combo while giving extra value to fair decks that arent nearly as hurt by it
It will so obviously not be coming back anytime soon (because Scry exists, because Surveil is semi-specific in flavor, and because Ravnica guilds usually dont reuse mechanics when they return
Tinker Bell Giant Fairy is your strongest card, dealing 1 damage to all opposing Characters, which can Banish them or make it easier to Banish Characters by Challenging or damaging them with Songs
You can have some artifact hate like Brotherhood's End to remove them or use activated ability stoppers like Karn, the Great Creator or Yasharn, Implacable Earth
