Luckily, there are a few cards that can help out Charizard, like Galarian Zigzagoon (a Pokemon that does 10 damage when played) and Vitality Band (a Tool that adds 10 damage to attacks when equipped to a Pokemon)
If it's beat up, or doesn't look great, you might not want to invest into getting it graded unless you have sentimental value
Under other circumstances, in the old SL model, this would have been my pick for no one buys it, so it gets expensive.
