On Innistrad you might find yourself in the misty woods, a forbidding manor, or a haunted cemetery
Publisher Ravensburger is doing its best to muscle in on territory that's been dominated by household names like Magic: The Gathering and Pokemon (which have earned their stripes as some of the best card games) for literal decades
If you have Commander decks in white that go heavy on populate or commanders that make tokens like Rhys the Redeemed or Marneus Calgar, be sure to include this card
I picture this card in decks with a lot of mana resources anyway and the care about casting from exile, so I think this card has a practical use better than the prior card
And if you want to go super over-the-top, then there are numerous combo loops to provide infinite mana or just win on the spot
Remember, to make this it must have a White color identity, not multi like Dismantling Blow and then cannot be a cantrip like Shelter or Wall of Omens that replaces itself when doing something else but an actual proper card draw spell
