Combos This deck is full of combos, but this one will shoot you ahead in the game if you can get it out on turn 1: Ink, then play Unconventional Tool for 1 ink Banish it with Belle Apprentice Inventors ability to play her for free Play any 2-ink or less item for free Even if you dont have an item to play or if you play and banish Gold Coin instead, its still worth it to get a 3 3 1 character out on turn 1
Same caveat applies that this is probably much better if the formats slow, which makes it a more appealing Sealed card
My verdict: The Sapphire & Steel Ursulas Return Deck is best for players who enjoy villain-inspired control strategies and want a deck that dominates through power and patience
