If you have two non-Hydra creatures with Wildwood Scourge's ability (perhaps because they were mutated using the Ikoria: Lair of Behemoths mutate ability), putting a +1/+1 counter on any non-Hydra creature you control will cause the two abilities to trigger each other indefinitely
(Terramorphic Expanse is Evolving Wilds' twin brother, so we can think of them as a team in our cage match.) Because every one of these cards is colorless, every one of these cards can be used in any commander deck you have laying around
It was so powerful that it was the best card in the Invasion block, including the rares
Some players consider cards like Dark Petition and Priest of Gix to be rituals as well, but I think you need to come out ahead on mana for a real ritual effect
