In the right matches, this is going to allow you to play your entire hand on that turn, and thats very hard to argue with
Lizard, Connors's Curse makes a mockery of other ETB effects, weedling some of your bigger threats down to 4/4 lizards permanently
The thing that pushes this to a level above cards like Impulse for me is that you can put things back into your deck and that is something not many cards in magic allow for, certainly not in such a cheap and painless way as this (except of course Brainstorm...)
Flynn Rider: Charming Rogue and Cheshire Cat: Not All There offer great lore generation at a low cost while deterring attacks, and Kuzco: Temperamental Emperor and Mad Hatter: Gracious Host double down on both of these regards at a higher cost
