Cards with storm aren't plentiful, but are very useful in the deck

I do think a lot of effects in this deck might come off as scary to new players, so whoever grabs Chaos Incarnate might get early experience with being hated off the table

I suspect some of that is human bias but despite that this is very much a card that does not live up to what the numbers have to say about it
