I added in the Flamecaller and Pyromaster versions of Chandra as ways to get some cards while doing other things as well

With pick-two, no precons, and only 198 cards, this set is definitely odd, but its still a Universes Beyond release

Just watch out for certain Exile spells like Swords to Plowshares or Vraskas Contempt that would make recasting Optimus more expensive (the Commander tax applies to both sides), or other annoying blue cards like Capture Sphere that doesnt kill him but does prevent attacking and blocking
