Magic is a very visual game, so having the card art on display should be a priority
There were 39 copies of the relic created but its the only from the series to display its Illustrator heading, a nod to when it was originally distributed during a series of illustration contests hosted by Coro Coro Magazine in 1997 and 1998
While it can be argued that a card like Eternal Witness will often work better in some decks than Snapcaster Mage, you cant use that card to give something like Mana Drain flashback at instant speed to stop a key threat and keep you in the game
This means that you can expect draft decks to be slightly better, more powerful, faster, and (most importantly) more focused than in Sealed Deck
Black has, in some capacity, dabbled in many of the game's different mechanics across Magic's history, but if there's something that's always been present in black, it's the ability to slowly drain your opponent's life
Thanks for mentioning my article In that article I only wrote about Ho-Oh Livro Ilustrado in Spanish (and mentioned Lugia one briefly)
