Heliod is unique because he doesnt need to turn on to win the game on its own
Well, if I want to purchase a fresh copy of Elspeth, Storm Slayer with pre-orders I'll be paying a good $50
but finding cards, making the mana curve work, and locking in a ninety-nine can continue as long as you want
The Blue one that costs a rougher four mana has size equal to your Island count, and then an ETB/attack trigger to toss a Flood counter on a land and it becomes an Island too
The Ur-Dragon Commander decks always get new toys with each set because WotC is always printing new and powerful dragons and tribal incentives like Sarkhan, Soul Aflame, Thrakkus the Butcher or Carnelian Orb of Dragonkind
Designer Notes: Put permanent cards in your graveyard to power up you commander and swarm the board with fungus tokens
