Cards like Lilo, Making a Wish and Stitch, New Dog were just two of the many cheap threats packed into the amber/x aggro shell, with the purpose of getting characters into play as fast as possible, and then using some number of Lanterns or shifting using Stitch, New Dog to get Stitch, Rock Star into play ahead of curve
The size of the second spell you cast determines how big of a spell you can steal, so you should look to cast spells that are free or reduce their mana cost, like Force of Will and Dig Through Time
These are still pretty powerful cards, and I can easily see Riptide Gearhulk and Coalstone Gearhulk fitting decks with their colors
If you suspect youre in possession of an exceptionally valuable Magic cardwere talking literal hundreds, even thousands of dollarsand you have no intentions of playing it, gradings a great way to preserve that card should you decide to sell it down the road
Im all for more versions of this card, especially at instant speed with flexibility to cast it
Tapping and drawing a card has massive value, and even when that trick isn't needed, you can essentially "cycle" the card
