No, transforming a creature doesnt remove the damage assigned to it unless the transform trigger specifies that the card is exiled then returned to the battlefield transformed

Two of my favorite on this card are may which gives you an option not to discard, and permanent which also gives you lots of options for things to untap

While these products could have some decent value, theyre not going to help bring down Collector Booster prices
