I expect both cards to be banned, particularly if they put up good numbers at the next Modern GP weekend
Conniving is the name of the game with this deck, but the creatures sometimes don't mesh well with the strategy, and instead it gets a little lost, especially if you can't get good Connive cards on the board early on
you simply pop it into exile for free with suspend and wait three turns
The hybrid uncommons communicate some of the differences at play: Fireborn Knight rewards power-pumping, Elite Headhunter plays more of a sacrifice-attrition strategy (which ostensibly is WBs shtick), and Resolute Rider is a potent, hard-to-kill threat
Plus, it works with The Ozolith: if you sacrifice Zack with one +1/+1 counter, Zacks effect will send one counter to Reluctant Role Model, The Ozolith will get a counter, and Reluctant Role Models effect will give himself another counter
