If you prefer to build an indestructible fortress with Darksteel Forge before using Bolass Citadel to fish out one of the many infinite combos (mana, mill, turns, damage, etc.) artifact decks are known for, you can absolutely do that too

If its a permanent card, they put it onto the battlefield. You can even use this on your own stuff if you have faith that the top card of your library is something powerful

On the Internet I found strange information that these products were sold as pre-release, but none of the distributors ever confirmed it, whats more, none of the products I described were ever listed in the wholesalers database and did not have a photo of the product
