I personally find the art of Magics dinosaurs to blend together and feel a little samey, but if thats not a problem for you theres just as much to love here as there was in Jurassic Park
As a one-cost, it's easy to work this character in with other plays, so sometimes it's better to play Pluto alongside a two-cost character on turn three just so you can play a five-cost Nani, Protective Sister on turn four
As for gameplay, Frigid Fluttering offers decent early-game acceleration in Water decks, but its the artwork that carries the value here
